Reservations
Reservations are subject to availability and confirmed upon receiving a confirmation from us. Walk-ins are always welcome.
Groups of 7 or more must contact us by email. Private events may require a deposit.
Please inform us as early as possible if you need to cancel or amend a reservation, we would really appreciate it.
Pre-Orders
Pre-orders are paid online and ready for collection at your chosen time. All orders are for in-store collection only, we do not offer delivery.
If an item is unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you to offer an alternative or refund.
Orders must be collected at our Norbury premises.
Payments
All online payments are processed securely via Stripe. We accept major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
All prices are in GBP. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
Allergens & Liability
Our meat is Halal certified. If you have an allergy or intolerance, please contact us before ordering or visiting.
Our services are provided on an "as is" basis. Our liability is limited to the value of the relevant order or reservation. Nothing here excludes rights you have under UK consumer law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
